We take the protection of your personal data when using our website seriously. This privacy statement explains what data we collect in connection with your use of our website and how we use and protect it. This privacy policy applies to all our websites, which are operated by Alasca Group GmbH for Alasca Real Estate or its group companies.

Data collection
The use of our websites is possible without the disclosure of personal data. The active disclosure of data is required in order to respond to your inquiries or requests. Social media plug-ins
On our websites, you can, among other things, share individual content via social networks on the Internet, namely via Facebook (www.facebook.com), based in Menlo Park (California, USA), Twitter (www.twitter.com), based in San Francisco (California, USA) and LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com), based in Dublin (Ireland). The plug-ins are each marked with the logo of the corresponding
network logo.

When you call up our websites, no data is transmitted to social networks via the plug-ins. This only happens when you actively call up the sharing function. We have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use. For information on this, please refer to the data protection notices of the network operators concerned.

Data use and disclosure
The personal data you provide will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected or for legal reasons. In any case, legal or official storage obligations remain reserved.
Personal data remains with us or our order processors. In the case of linked websites of our service providers and third parties, they themselves are responsible for these websites and their content. When presenting our properties and rental properties, we use Google Maps from Google for better orientation. Already when calling up pages with embedded Google Maps, user information is transmitted to Google. To deactivate Google Maps, you can switch off the JavaScript application in your browser.

Security
Alasca Group GmbH uses technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your personal data against manipulation, loss or unauthorized access. Our security procedures are continuously adapted to new technological developments. Data that you transmit via our registration and contact forms are transmitted in encrypted form using the so-called SSL connection. Please note that otherwise electronic data traffic with Alasca Group GmbH takes place via email, or the Internet via an openly accessible, not absolutely protected network, which is why non-encrypted data can be viewed and changed by unauthorized third parties at best. User rights
You have the right to assert your data protection rights at any time and to request information about whether and which personal data about you is being processed by us.
